A quick reminder to fill out the BackerKit survey that was sent out to everyone at the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge. Thanks to all of you who have filled out the survey already!
**YOU HAVE 1 WEEK UNTIL WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 29TH TO FILL YOUR SURVEY**
Your credit card won’t get charged right away, we will lock orders and shipping addresses on Thursday November 30th and collect funds on Friday December 1st.

A quick reminder to fill out the BackerKit survey that was sent out to everyone at the email address associated with your Kickstarter pledge. Thanks to all of you who have filled out the survey already!
**YOU HAVE 2 WEEKS UNTIL WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 29TH TO FILL YOUR SURVEY**
The sooner the surveys are completed, the sooner we can get to the next step of fulfillment and make sure everyone gets their rewards as soon as we possibly can.
Please take the time to read the following carefully to make sure you have all the necessary info to fill it out correctly. If you have any questions after reading this, you can email us at [email protected].
HOW DOES THE SURVEY WORK?
The survey will be linked in an email sent to the address associated with your Kickstarter account. It will allow us to gather all the necessary information for the delivery of both digital and physical items.
The email will be sent from this address: [email protected].
The purpose of the survey is primarily to:
1) Collect addresses
2) Give you the option of purchasing add-ons
3) Collect shipping fees.
The survey is divided into four sections:
1. Questions
First, you’ll be asked survey questions associated with your pledge level.
2. Add-ons + Shipping Fees
Once you’ve answered all the questions, you’ll get to the “add-ons” section. Here, you can add extra items to your pledge. You can skip this section altogether if you don’t wish to add anything to your order.
It’s during this section that you will see your shipping fees. We didn’t charge for shipping during the campaign so we’ll be collecting it now.
3. Shipping
This section will only appear if your order contains physical items.
This is the address that will be used for shipping.
4. Confirm + Credit Card
The last step is order confirmation. We strongly suggest reviewing carefully each item and add-on you have in your cart to make sure you picked the right options. You can still go back to earlier sections of the survey and edit anything at this point.
If you added any add-ons, you’ll need to complete your credit card payment info.
Your credit card won’t get charged right away. The funds will be collected when we close the pledge manager on our side. We don’t have an exact date for this yet, but it should happen soon after the deadline for the surveys on Wednesday November 29th.
Once everything’s in order, you can click the “Place My Order” button.
And that it’s, you’re done!
