BackerKit Survey Will Be Sent Out Next Week

Hi dear backers!
Now that the books are in transit from our printer in China, we're ready to kick off the fulfillment process with the delivery of the BackerKit survey. The survey will be sent out next week to the email address associated with your Kickstarter. We wanted to give you all a heads-up and a few reminders beforehand.
WHAT'S THE BACKER SURVEY?
Most of the Pledge Levels contain rewards for which we need to collect extra information, such as your addresses and shipping fees. You’ll find all the necessary information relevant to your Pledge Level in the survey. You can also purchase add-ons items in the survey as well.
A SMOKE TEST WILL BE SENT TOMORROW
As a way to test out the overall flow of the survey before sending it to everyone, it’ll first be sent out randomly to 5% of backers tomorrow (Wednesday 10/25/23). So, if you get the email with the link to the survey, that’s not a mistake. It is your official survey, so please go ahead and fill it out.
We would then appreciate hearing from you if you have any feedback so we can make the necessary adjustments before we officially send the rest of the surveys next week.
Please carefully read the instructions for each step of the survey. If anything feels confusing or could be improved, we’d like to know. You can email us at [email protected] with any questions or feedback.

Hi backers!
We want to let you all know that "Perfect" has finished printing in China! It took a bit longer than expected as our printing schedule ran into the Chinese Moon Festival. Thanks for your understanding and patience during the printing/fulfillment process, we really appreciate it!
Here's an overview of next steps below:
• Shipping to the US (6-8 weeks) - The books will be shipped this week to our fulfillment partner, EFS, in the US.
• Shipped to backers (1-2 weeks) Our fulfillment partner, EFS, will then ship the books to all of you.
We'll keep you posted on the progress every step of the way. Please allow pad for global supply chain and shipping delays. Based on the above timeline, we REALLY hope to get you the books by the end of the year but there is a chance that you won't get them until January.
• BackerKit & Shipping Fees - We'll also be sending out a survey via BackerKit in the coming weeks to collect your addresses and shipping fees as we didn't collect then during the Kickstarter. We'll send out another update before that happens.

Hi backers!
We want to let you all know that the book proofs have been approved and that we've started printing! Thanks for your patience during the printing/fulfillment process, we really appreciate it!
Here's an overview of next steps below:
• Printing (3-4 weeks) - The books are currently being printed in China by our printing partner, Print Ninja.
• Shipping to the US (6-8 weeks) - After they're printed, the books will be shipped to our fulfillment partner, EFS, in the US.
• Shipped to backers (1-2 weeks) Our fulfillment partner, EFS, will then ship the books to all of you.
So, based on that timeline, the soonest you'll have your books will be within 10 weeks in early November. However it can also take up to 14 weeks which will be around mid-December. We'll keep you posted on the progress every step of the way. Please allow pad for global supply chain delays.

Production Update

Hi all!
Thanks for your patience during the fulfillment/printing process, we really appreciate it!
We've run into a slight delay in production as we had to go multiple rounds with the printing proofs to make sure the colors are just right for the book. Derick and Beverly have very exacting standards so they're doing their due diligence to make sure the quality is at the highest level.
They've also been experimenting with adding Spot UV to the cover and have loved the results so we're adding that as well!
We're getting the final round of proofs shortly and will let you know when the books go into production. Thank you again for your patience and support!
